Privacy: beta waitlist

What we collect: your email address, the date you joined and the version of the consent text. We do not store your IP address in the waitlist.

Purpose: to invite you to the CiteCrew beta and to tell you when it opens. We do not use your email for anything else.

Legal basis: your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. Withdrawal does not affect what happened before it.

Required or optional: joining is optional. Without an email address we cannot invite you.

Recipients: our hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc. processes the data on our behalf. We do not sell or share it with anyone else.

Transfers: the waitlist is stored in the European Union. Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; its data processing addendum also includes the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention: until the end of the beta, and at most 12 months after you join. We delete your entry sooner if you ask.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdrawal of consent. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Automated decisions: none.

Cookies and tracking: this site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics tools. To deliver the site, Cloudflare processes technical traffic data on our behalf.
